Friday, June 2nd:
Brian McKay:
Brian McKay owes it all to his wife. Not only did she give him his first month of comedy classes as a birthday gift but life with her gives Brian an endless source of comedy material. He sees the irony in life’s “little challenges” like dating, marriage and fatherhood. In less than two short years he’s soared from opener to sought-after feature act making audiences howl with laughter at his ingenious use of props. Watch as Brian makes his belly disappear using a tiny box from Tiffany’s!
Josh Graves:
Stand Up comedian who’s jokes have been featured ESPN Radio while also headlining clubs like the Tempe Improv and Speakeasy Comedy Lounge. As a writer, editor, and director Josh also co-founded and produces all content for the sketch comedy group Hard Fives.
Brian Sheil: Headliner
You will remember, tell your friends, and take them to see “The Brian Sheil Show”. A non-stop, laughter packed cavalcade of comedy; complete with impressions and musical parodies. He is the “One-man Entourage of Entertainment”.
The show must go on, and it does. Between his many TV appearances, or hosting star-studded red carpet events, performing comedy clubs, corporate shows, commercials, and voice-overs; Brian’s impressions are so accurate you most definitely have heard him looping many of Hollywood’s most famous voices. (Looping is when studios re-edit R-rated films to clean up the language for TV – This makes his Mother very proud.)
Saturday, June 3rd: THREE HEADLINERS!
Eric Oshea
Eric O’Shea has been nationally voted one of the best stand-up clean comedians in the market today. With over 25 MILLION viral hits on both YouTube and Drybar Comedy, Eric’s CLEAN, one-of-a-kind show has just earned him the prestigious “National Campus Legend Award” in the college market.
Keith Ellis
Keith Ellis: A passionate, observational and visionary; who has managed to turn negatives into positives with his witty ways of looking at life. As comedian, he touches upon common subjects with a magic that is both thought-provoking and absolutely hilarious. Keith Ellis has also traveled to Europe to perform for our U.S. troops and has done shows in Germany and the Czech Republic, making him international success. The winner of the 2018 Comedy U.S.A contest Keith also has some acting credits on his resume as well. He has been featured in films such as Waiting to Exhale, Any Given Sunday, Twisted, and Three Kings, appearing alongside stars such as George Clooney, Mark Wahlberg, Jamie Foxx and Samuel Jackson. Keith has also appeared in several commercials. Keith continues to reinvent himself as a comedian and mold his material to keep pace with society’s rapidly changing lifestyle. To be a comedian whose purpose is not only to entertain, but also to support, educate, inspire and motivate his audience.
Bob Kubota
Bob Kubota began his career as a stand-up comedian while still a student of journalism at Arizona State University. Encouraged by virtually no one, he honed his particular idea of humor at “open mic nights” sponsored by various saloons and bistros throughout the Greater Phoenix area. Within two years, Bob was “on the bill” for paying customers at legitimate comedy clubs. Only then did he let his parents know that his life dream didn’t include bar exams – just bars.
His penchant for dry wit, lighthearted sarcasm and deciphering life’s ironies has led him to the majority of the contiguous 48 states as well as Alaska and Hawaii. The sly take that he has on his own ethnicity continually proves to be a popular feature of his act. In 1996 he became an international performer when he joined the United Service Organization (USO) and now tours regularly with Armed Forces Entertainment’s BATTLE COMICS (Barnhart Entertainment) providing comic relief to American military troops stationed around the globe
Brian is in great demand because his show appeals to such a diverse audience. They loved him when he opened for Rick Springfield. The same for Vic Damone and ‘wowed’ the crowds at the Ramones concert. He was equally successful at the LA County fair, Taste of the Big Apple, and the Daytona 500. There is something for everyone is this show.
